TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES

  • Western Brands Pty Ltd does not issue a refund for goods ordered in error, no longer required or incorrect sizing or colour.
  • Credit will not be issued on merchandise returned without prior authorization.
  • Western Brands Pty Ltd. makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • No claims for shortages will be considered, unless reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
  • If an Australian Post shipment is received damaged, report the damage to Australia Post at once and hold original carton and merchandise for deliverer inspection, or you may refuse the shipment.
  • All goods are sent by Australia Post but Western Brands Pty Ltd will not be responsible for delivery of goods that are posted using ordinary post. If goods are posted by express post we will be able to trace the merchandise and make good the order.

RETURN POLICY

Western Brands Pty Ltd will allow a refund to a buyer if the merchandise :
  • is or becomes defective through no fault of the buyer;
  • doesn’t match the description of the order or have defects
  • When a product does not meet the above requirements, the buyer can ask for a refund within a reasonable period of time. There is no set time limit for a buyer to obtain a refund. You can also ask them to demonstrate that any problem with the goods was not their fault.
